We met John as a result of a sign in the yard of one of his listings. John returned the call immediately and after a few questions we were off and running. As a potential out-of-town buyer, we were not that knowledgeable of the area. John spent days and days showing us houses that reasonably met our criteria within a 25+ mile area. John must have spent his evenings researching properties as he would show up each day with another list of possibilities. Only occasionally did we look at one ?just for fun? as the majority could have been ?the one.? As a result of his efforts, we made an offer on one property that unfortunately required bank acceptance and they were not very responsive. While waiting, John kept working and we eventually offered and closed on another property. Needing to return home, John handled a number of the pre-closing activities and represented us at the closing since we were several States away. John is a very hard working, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, fun person to work with and we would definitely work with him again.
John was not only our Real Estate Agent but became a friend. He kept us abreast of everything going on and explained the process, as it was a little different in Florida than where we live in Connecticut. He's Friendly, Energetic, Knowledgable and was willing to work with us anytime. We spent 2 years searching for property and saw probably 30 different condos. He didnt give up on us and even encouraged us to see condos that he thought might work for us. John was extremely helpful and is also familiar with the financial end of it as well. In addition, his wife Martha was professional, thorough, and also very knowledgable. My husband and I were very happy with the entire experience and would absolutely recommend John and Martha to all of our friends, family and associates. I would not have another agent!!
